“Executive – Investment Banking”

 

 

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  1. Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
  2. Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitch books
  3. Effective client communication
  4. Handling multiple adhoc research requests as per client or team requirements
  5. Strong modeling capabilities
  6. Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
  7. Ability to model various business requirements and deal dynamics in an efficient manner
  8. Perform various valuation methods – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
 

Designation: - Relationship Manager – Deal Side

         Job Description

    • Preparation and development of investor and corporate-orientated presentations. including quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, Q&A
    • Assist in conducting detailed competitive analysis for dissemination and reporting to senior leadership team.
    • Monitor, analyze, and summarize analyst models and notes to understand investment community expectations and key assumptions
    • Maintain corporate communications calendar and coordination of all aspects of the company’s participation in external events, including investor days, conferences, and investor meetings and calls.
    The desired candidates are expected to deal with corporate and finance function regarding various financial services offerings especially in SME segment. The job requires maintaining and acquiring new relationships.
